As a dedicated and natural carer I have a solid educational foundation and a passion for client care with experience of implementing personal support plans which focus on the individual’s welfare, needs, wants and interests. Having the ability to manage a challenging situation , while staying focused on giving a high standard of care to every client. I believe in maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude towards clients, their families, staff, visitors and others. Personally, what I enjoy most about this profession is that I’m given the chance to make lasting difference in people’s lives by helping them to achieve their goals, dream and aspirations, that’s the reward. At the same being inspired by them one way or another.
