A live in carer available short term term care including rehabilitation, discharges from hospital, palliative care and respite care support. Experience consists of companion ships to complex care needs (home care, activities, managing the home, dementia care, parkinson's, MS, heart failure, kidney failure, stroke care, mental health and well being in older people, diabetes, family support and advice. An outgoing and positive carer respecting the wishes of the care receiver at all time. Patient, kind and caring. Previous reviews with an agency have produced 5 starts in all placements and always asked to return to placements.
