I am a hard working lady who has many years of working experience in the Care Industry. I have a background of working in Hospitality and Aviation. I posses a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. I have also worked as a trainer for a care agency. I have worked with people with complex needs including in different settings. My last job I worked as a Senior Carer. I was in charge of 4 different supported living, I was responsible for managing these services. My roles and duties included, medication audits, financial audits, updating care plans and risk assessments, making hospital appointments.
During the time I worked as a trainer I ensured that stuff were up to date with their training needs and making sure that new employees were trained and competent enough to give care. I also delivered the Care Certificates 17 modules and also ensured that training was in line with the CQC training specifications and expectations. I currently work as a health Care Assistant Live In Carer.
