I have been in working in care setting for more than 20 years. I worked with different client groups including patients in NHS Mental Hospitals as a Health Care Assistant. I worked as a a carer and support worker with clients with Mental heath issues and learning difficulties. At present I carer working with clients with Dementia, Parkingson, Huntington Disease and elderly frail. You can refer to my CV the experience I got.
