I'm Connie nearly 51 years old , originally from Romania , carrying person loving my job with little bit over four years experience in care industry begging with community , two and half years live-in-care , one year health care assistant at dementia care home . Offering medication from blister pack, morning routine , keeping in touch with next of kin or GP or District Nurse , been organise person enjoying to walk on the hills with my client if it's possible or doing puzzle , watching TV or my daily tasks been live in care .
