My name is Caesar Maseko I have worked as a mental health support worker at different care homes, hospitals and communities for so many years, supporting individuals with mental health problems, learning and physical disabilities.
I work confidently and competently both as an individual and as a team member and I value the experience and expertise of colleagues. I involved myself in patients rehabilitation process, attend to the psychological, social, physical and spiritual needs of service users. Assist service users in the administration and monitoring of prescribed medication in accordance with the scheme's medication policy and also promote individual rights, independence, choice and also inclusion in line with valuing people. Provide emotional and practical support to service users and also engage with service users to develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships.
My greatest achievement was completing my Foundation Degree in health and social care mental health care .
