I live in South Africa, the only experience I have in caring for the elderly, is with my own Mom who is 83 and has a mild form of Parkinsons. I am 63 very fit and energetic and walk a lot. I have people skills having worked in the hotel and leisure industry all my life. I would however need a visa to work in the UK, even though I do have national insurance number obtained in 1986. I look forward to hearing from you.
