I worked as a private live in carer from last April till April this year when the client I was looking after passed on. Prior to that I also worked for Karen Angels and Sure Care Care Agency as a Support/ Care. I have vast experience in Health and Social Care. I am a highly motivated person with strong communication and organisational skills and sociable person who interacts well with a wide range of service users. I like to work with others or on my own, achieving best results. I am a very ambitious lady extremely enthusiastic with strong desire to succeed. I am able to identify my learning needs and willing to accept appropriate support and guidance, but I believe I am also good at responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges. I strive to be a supportive and reliable colleague and team member, and I communicate clearly both on a one to one basis and as part of a group.
