Hello,
My name is Jack, I’m 24 years old, and Iv been a support worker for around a year and a half. I have worked with children/adults with behaviour needs, special needs and complex needs. Currently, I’m a Band 4 HCA team leader in complex paediatric care. I am looking to progress, gain experience and use my full abilities and skills for good practice and also help and implement empowerment for those at need. I feel that I able to support, adapte and work alongside individuals to help progress or gain achievements or goals if set in place. I am a big believe in maintaining and introducing independence and individuality. I have experience in being a live-in as that is what I am most interested in.
