I am a self-motivated, Community Developer, who obtained a degree course with the Institute of Coventry University in the United Kingdom for Accreditation as a qualified International Developer. She is a team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and initiative skills. She can demonstrate knowledge of self-management as an employee and also demonstrate comprehension of a range of principles of team work and reflect on own role within the workplace team. Furthermore, her greatest strengths are first her ability to have a clear understanding of the needs of a community or client. Secondly the satisfaction she gets from being involved in projects that change people's lives and promote individual's achievements and finally her passion and empathy on community development and getting involved in developing communities and application of community development concepts that will make a positive impact on people's lives and the environment.
