Working with vulnerable people has helped me discover various skills I possess to share with fellow work colleagues and service users. I am patient, good listener, hard working and respect all individuals at all levels. I have strong interpersonal and client focused skills while attending to their problems with the ability to relate to and engender confidence in my line manager, work colleagues, service users and any other parties I co- ordinate with on client issues. I have always enjoyed working with vulnerable people and have 13 years of experience in care field.
