My name is Aisha and i am currently working as a complex Healthcare assistant and have found it extremely rewarding being able to give my service users the support they need to live day-to-day and allow myself to see the results of my hard work. Each day, i will leave work feeling satisfied that i have done my best to help. I am extremely passionate about what I do and take pride in making sure i work to the best of my ability to help every individual I come come across. What I find most rewarding is my work makes a real difference to people’s lives; helping them to achieve independence and maintain their dignity throughout their twilight years.
I can bring cheerfulness, good company and conversation to someone who is alone or isolated and at the same time, I get to meet interesting people with fascinating life stories. It also takes compassion, empathy, dedication and a non-judgemental attitude.
