In my eight-year journey as a live-in care, it all began with caring for my mother after her stroke. This experience ignited my passion for helping others, leading me to support individuals with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, spinal injuries, and MND or End of Live Care in England. Working with people with diverse care needs is what brings me the most satisfaction, and it's the area I am eager to focus on.
Before my caregiving career, I worked in a museum for 25 years, preserving archaeological artefacts in Poland. Moving to England in 2013 was a new opportunity that I embraced, despite the challenges.
Helping others has always been my driving force, and as a caregiver, I approach my work with empathy, patience, and understanding, providing personalized care.
Beyond the fulfilling experiences with those I assist, caregiving has allowed me to meet incredible people from diverse backgrounds and explore this beautiful country.
In my personal life, I'm a proud mother of an adult son who lives and works in London with his wife. The support and love from my family have been instrumental in my caregiving journey.
Reflecting on my path as a live-in caregiver, I'm immensely grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on others' lives. It's not just a job; it's my calling, and it brings me great satisfaction. With unwavering dedication, I'm committed to providing top-notch care, forming meaningful connections, and making a difference in the lives of those I have the privilege to care for.
