I am a passionate, dedicated and conscientious individual who has experience in caring for clients of all ages and with a variety of care needs. I have knowledge of creating daily activities to support and encourage client’s independent learning goals and interests whilst ensuring their dignity is maintained at all times. I understand the reporting requirements to evidence and to demonstrate the highest quality standard of care has been delivered. In-line with this passion, I have undertaken various care’s training to keep providing best service of care. I am able to organised workload within the time set and collaborate well when working with others, sharing ideas and relaying information. Currently, I am doing Complex Care with ICCM, looking after clients with spinal cord injury.
