I am a very caring and gentle person, have a good work ethic, I am extremely reliable, hard working and can be flexible
regarding to clients needs.
I am very well organised, a good listener and calm.
Looking after others and attending to their needs is something that I am very passionate about. My friends and family have
described me as being caring and responsible, and I find that caring for others brings me the greatest joy. I would also
consider myself very easy to get along with and can adapt very easily to new working and living conditions.
I am trained and experienced in caring for a range conditions including :
Dementia
Alzheimer's
Parkinson's Disease
Strokes
Multiple Sclerosis
Mobility and Frailty
As a carer I have been giving the highest level of care to individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia helping them with
managing their personal hygiene and their medication needs and generaly assisting them in their everyday life challenges.
Empathy is a very important aspect of my care approach, and this is something I have developed having cared for my own
mother for a four year period after she became diagnosed with dementia.
Caring for both of my parents has been one of the main reasons why I decided to become a carer. My responsible and
caring nature has also been a significant factor and I am very keen to support my customers in the same way that I
supported my loved ones.
I have previously worked within numerous office roles and this has allowed me to build very strong organisational and
communication skills and to take full responsibility for my work.
