I have vast experience spurning over twenty years in service delivery in the both the social housing sector and the local community. I have worked with the Citizen Advice bureau offering advice to the community. I have had counselling background where I counselled clients and their families faced with mental health issues. I have worked in an environment with clients and families who have various kinds of disabilities. I have the front-line experience of dealing directly with the general public. This has shaped my knowledge and skills base in working with and as a team. This has influenced how I view others without being judgmental. I listen to others views, opinions or issues empathetically. I am a hands-on person who is willing to help as needs arise.
