I am honest ethical and responsible person. I have good interpersonal skills and experience in face-to-face customer service. I am able to solve practical problems as a handy-man. I have a strong sense of caring for people. I have worked as a weekend volunteer teaching assistant with young children (age 6- 7) in Hull in 2011 and also in Poland in 2006 also as a volunteer. I lived in Bristol and worked as a train Customer Host for the First Great Western train company for six years where I gained a lot of practical experience in dealing with a great variety of people. As part of this job I received training in many aspects of customer service including disability awareness and conflict management.
