I have gained experience in communicating and dealing with people at all levels in many different organisations. My recent role involved working in Outpatient Departments at Frimley Park hospital, Aldershot Centre of Health and Bracknell, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I am aware and followed the core values, standards and behaviours that define the quality of care.
I used to work for a home care company which was challenging but fun and rewarding at the same time. My role as 'Caregiver' involved the following:
• Provided confidentiality, dignity and privacy to client at all times in their own home
• Comprehensive understanding of Alzheimer’s and dementia care and personal care
• Stimulated and encouraged the client through a range of different activities that sustain or improve their quality of life
• Provided companionship to clients by engaging them in interesting conversations
• Administering medical treatments to clients
