I have been a carer for about 10 years, I have vast experience across various aspect of care working with clients with different needs such as; Learning disability, Alzheimer, Dementia, Bipolar disorder, Palliative and End of life, Stoma, PEG, Spinal and brain injuries.
My vision is making clients the priority due to my caring and nurturing nature to help people who need help get get them comfortable and live a simple life which I believe they deserve. My style is creative and supportive and I enjoy working in a person-centred manner achieving set targets.
I have extensive training and certification in Managing people, Giving and receiving feedback, Food poisoning and Hygiene, Health and safety, Manual handling, Vulnerable and abuse, Challenging behaviour, safeguarding, Deprivation of Liberty safeguards (DOLs), First aid and medication.
I also posses a number of personal qualities which are valuable to this role such as punctuality, integrity, hardworking, honesty, cleanliness, organised, excellent interpersonal and communication skills which I’m keen to demonstrate with all my clients.
