My name is Vanessa I am 33 years old, I currently live with my parents. I am currently employed with Everycare, I have also worked for Blue bird care as a live in care assistant living with my clients has shown me another side to care which I truly enjoy. I have also worked at Bupa Care home in Sidcup where I worked in the dementia unit. I assisted residents with their personal care, assisted at meal times and persuaded residents to take part in activities. I enjoy attending to the needs and wants of vulnerable elderly. I believe I can give more care to one individual or a couple as he/she would have my 100% attention and time.
I am hard working punctual and I know I go over and beyond to satisfy my residents. Not being able to do certain things for oneself can be very frustrating and seeing this saddens me so as their carer I'm happy to fulfil requests that are within my strength.
