I strongly believe in the idea of caring for someone in their own home. It allows me to build a meaningful and rewarding one to one relationship with those in need of my care and to build the trust necessary for a successful care relationship.
Doing live in care work is rewarding for me in the sense that it allows me to see the tangible, positive difference I am making in someone’s life and also helps me better understand the likes and dislikes of the person I am caring for, It allows me to focus on the “small Stuff” that really matters to those who need my support.
My 6 years working experience as a Live-in carer and training has prepared and equipped me well and has most importantly taught me the importance of maintaining the comfort and dignity of clients.
