I am currently working as an Assistant Head Teacher in a school for learners with Autism.
Previously I have worked with young adults with profound and multiple learning difficulties. i have training in Manual Handling, Eating and Drinking and challenging behaviours . I have considerable exprience in dealing with challenging behaviours .
My mother has live in care and I have worked with her care agency support so am very familiar with the challenges that present on a daily basis ,
i feel that given my years of experience working with young people with significant needs, I am well equipped to take on any challenges that present .
