My job as a support worker has enable me to provide service users a supportive safe home environment and opportunities which minimise hospital re- admission and empower them to full fill their potential and transform their lives to settle and live independently in their homes and in the community.
I also support and encourage service users to maintain high level of their personal hygiene , support and supervise them to keep their living accommodation tidy, supporting them to comply with their medication, hospital appointments, budget/financial management including housing benefits,, rent payment, minimisation of arrears.
