Working as a care assistant in Green Gates Nursing Home Bupa Oxford (from 2009 till 2014) I get experience in all areas of residents interests and needs. helped with personal care like washing, using the toilet and dressing, assisted by feeding and giving out medication. During my years as a carer I managed to maintain the friendly and positive contact with residents all the time tried to engage residents in activities like reading, talking, and playing games. I have learned a lot a specially how to be patience, how to multi-task, hov to listen to others.
In 2011 I have finished NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care.
