Clinical Support Worker/ young Adults with complex needs

I am a highly trained support worker, i have training in medication, using Mars charts, at present i work with young adults with cerebrel palsy with epilepsy and complex needs.i am trained in enteral feeding, i am also trained in chest therapy, chest pats, NP suction and oral suction. also trained in adminstering Midazalam Buccal liquid with experience. i have worked in care settings for over 10yrs with a wide range of experience in all aspects of care. i love the work that i do, there is a great deal of love and compassion shared when caring for someone in need. i have also worked with and Trained in dementia care.
