Although I have worked in some different fields, my most valuable moments are related to those jobs where I cared about others. Making someone’s life easier and happier is one of the most rewarding engagements that we can take.
I have 3 years experiences in elderly care in the UK and 1,5 years in the Netherlands.
As a live-in carer I looked after clients in different conditions. Some of them were bed bound, which gave me the opportunity to learn everything about full personal care. Others were mobile and only needed companionship. I have experience with clients who had moderate dementia or Parkinson’s.
