I’ve worked many years in health and care setting. My skills, experience and training with the elderly, dementia, stroke, learning disabilities and inpatients service users in different health care sectors is desirable and the use of clinical equipments has also broaden my knowledge in caring.
My communication skills and interpersonal skills is effective which also enhances to a good rapport with clients. I have a good relationship with my clients but with a firm boundaries. I support service users with daily activities, household cleaning, shopping and personal care. I can administer medications as per drug chart care plan. I assist service users with individual care plan and risk management plan. I at all times adhere to company policies and procedures, health & safety at work Act, and nursing code of conduct. Care notes and reports are written and documented daily. Information about clients are shared with other health care professionals.
