In my spare time, I listen to and help young adults who are experiencing depression, although I am no expert, I try my absolute best to comfort them and direct to seek psychological services or provide them with useful online resources consisting of positive self-affirmations and or mindfulness-based meditation guided videos. I am planning to start my YouTube channel which should aim to raise awareness about strategies used to cultivating a healthy mental well-being.
Lastly, I describe myself as naturally driven, a team-player, with the ability to work under pressure; a hard-working individual whose passionate about positive psychology, mental health, and technology. I am someone who strives to raise her IQ and thus I consider myself to have an endless thirst for knowledge, self-development, and willingness to new concepts.
