I am a very hard working person who is willing to work as a team or indivual. I have worked in different nursing and residential homes around West Midlands area for elderly people with dementia and complex needs. I have also worked with young ladies with learning disabilities and autism in a support s licing accommodation, including young people that are in care. I have gained a lot of experience which I am willing to bring to this position. Despite the fact that I do not hold a driving licence I am able to commute from place to place and I am always punctual which I am willing to maintain. I have great communication skills, I have good listening skills I can conduct myself in a professional and respectable manner and I m also a quick learner. I can quickly adjust from task to task this means that if there is any other tasks I need to complete before my fast is needed to be completed I will sure to help and other my support
