I am currently a student nurse at university. before I started university last year I was working as a carer alongside completing my health and social care level 3 extended diploma. I was worked in nursing homes and residential home with the elderly with people who suffer from dementia, parkinsons and so on. my main responsibilities were to assist patients with personal care, manual handling, use of the hoist. assist patients with feeding. I also used to partake in activities there were doing.
