My name is Lynette, I am a mother, grandmother and a widow since the past 12yrs.
I am of a medium built and from an Irish and Caribbean background. I have had the grand opportunity of working in care for approximately eight years, working in different areas of care, including care homes, rehabilitation, independent living, private care, live-in-care and is currently working as an NHS Mental Health Support Worker in the hospital. I am very empathetic, dedicated and compassionate with the ability to understand and share others feelings. I have an inbuilt passion for making a positive difference in people's life through care and commitment, dignity and respect, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism, respecting boundaries whilst creating a warm and caring environment.
Live-in-Care has been the most rewarding experience for me as my work stands out more when working on my own. My work has been highlighted positively by those I cared for over the years and was rewarded a few times as a selfless carer that goes the extra mile for my client.
