My name is Lynette, I am of a medium built and from an Irish and Caribbean background. I have worked in care for approximately six years, working in different areas of care included, care homes, rehabilitation, independent living, private, live-in-care and is currently working as an NHS Mental Health Support Worker. I am very empathetic, dedicated and compassionate with the ability to understand and share others feelings. I have an inbuilt passion for making a positive difference in people's life through care and commitment, understanding, dignity and respect, while maintaining professionalism, respecting boundaries and confidentiality whilst creating a warm and caring environment with empathy and understanding. Live-in-Care has been the most rewarding experience for me as my work stands out more when working on my own.
