Hi my name is Pat, I am Caring, compassionate about live-in Care I specialized in Dementia Care, I am from London although I have recently been working with a client with brain/spinal injury patient, Care package which include tracheotomy, Cough assist, Stomach care, mechanical Ventilation, specific procedures such as suction, inner tube, changing and dressing. But Due to her care rotation plan changing I am now looking for more work. I an experienced Live-in Carer and hold a full UK driver’s license Access to Car for work, I have Care insurance, up-to date training, I have UK certificate, DBS certificate and signed up with the update service.

I have worked as a Senior Care/nursing Assistant HCA, A Locum and Team Leader in NHS hospital, and care homes and private nursing in the UK. I am friendly, self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in community based nursing, I am able to deliver and implement an agreed plan of care • Discuss the updating of care plans as and when necessary, and maintain accurate records • Support and supervise other Healthcare professionals to maintain a high standard of patient care. I have many years of work experience in mental health, district and community Nursing having recently worked with the Rapid Response term in Kent and previously worked in an acute elderly psychiatric hospital ward. I now have experience of working with clients in their homes, Client with various health condition including dementia, complex care needs e.g. Spinal / brain injury, end of life care needs and many more. I have recently trained in tracheostomy, Cough assist, Stoma care, mechanical Ventilation, specific procedures such as suction, inner tube change and dressing, and Nursing traumatic brain injury adult patient, I enjoy meeting new people and I am very passionate about delivery best possible care, patient safety at all times and helping people to rebuild their life through rehabilitation in their local community, I am friendly and reliable to work with. I live in London Area but I am able to travel within a reasonable distance. I am CRB checked and fully insured for your pace of mind
