I believe that I am a caring and compassionate young woman with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I promote dignity and encourage independence whilst maintaining a high level of emotional and physical support to all individuals in my care. I would very much like to continue in care work, however I would like a new challenge. I feel that if given the opportunity, my experience within the care industry will ensure that I become a valuable member of your team.
