I have a sound understanding of good care principles, of regulations and legislation within the domiciliary care profession and of safeguarding adults at risk and received training in all these areas. I am a caring, compassionate, patient and empathetic person. I have the ability to identify signs of illness or deteriorating health in a patient and also to deal with emergencies and difficult situations. Ability to organize time and resources based on the individual needs of clients. I have good listening and communication skills. I am flexible, reliable, honest and approachable with a positive attitude and high level energy. I have experience of shifts including days, nights, sleep in's and willingness to continue my training and development.
