My name is Gray Gondoma 36yrs old I have over 5 years of experience working as a support Worker supporting both adults and young people's in their own homes and aswel as in hospitals and residential homes. I have supported service Users with different challenging behaviour and different needs such as dementia, brain damage, autism, learning disabilities and mental health illiness. Im currently studying Diploma in Health and Social care and hold an upto date Care certificate. I have worked in so many different places as I have worked with care agencies which enabled me to gain more experience. I have good communication skills and I'm proactive, have ability to work on my own initiative, always eager to learn new skills and I'm friendly, outgoing.
I'm flexible and I am able to work well in a team and individually.
