Hello, my name is Emma I'm almost 22 years old, I have worked in care since I was 18. I am a very caring person, I throughly enjoy my job & find it extremely rewarding, I provide each individual with outstanding care & I focus highly on person centred care, I understand that every individual is different & have different care needs. I have worked days & nights working with Dementia, Parkinson's, & end of life care. Aswell as residential care. I have completed Bronze Award, "Living in my world" dementia care. I am recently medication trained (aswell as my experience working as a trainee dispenser in a pharmacy). I have manual handling training, mental capacity act training, infection control & all mandatory training required by company. I have a current dbs on the dbs update system.
