During my nursing stint, I was fortunate to have trained in well known and established hospitals here in the Philippines.
I also worked as a ward nurse in a district hospital here where my tasks are: perform physical exams and health histories. Provide health promotion, counseling and education. Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions. Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions.
