I have been working as a carer in different settings. I used to support elderly people with dementia in a care home and currently I am working with young people with different kind of disabilities in a boarding school in Surrey. I am caring, flexible, a good communicator, I can work under pressure with or without supervision. I respect service users privacy and treat them as individuals while promoting their independence.
