Hi I'm Glenn I've done 24/7 care before with young adults with autism and learning disabilities. I have an SVQ 4 and PDA in care services management and worked in the care industry for the past 13 yrs mostly in residential schools. Is the daily rate correct as £85 to £901 seems really high well the £901 part when I have done this in the past it was about £170 to £190 per shift.
