Hi , my name is Constance Phakathi but I preferred to be called Connie and have been a caregiver for the past 10 years. I am reliable, honest, hardworking professional who has a genuine desire to help people enjoy doing it and it fulfils me. I have experience in developing a level of care that is unique to every situation and the ability to quickly build up a professional relationship with clients and there for gaining a greater awareness of their practical and social needs. I have the ability to encourage clients to be involved and independent as much as possible and respect their rights as members of the community and can work well on my own. I have cared for my grad parents, husband outside of work I have also achieved a level 2 in health and social care. I enjoy assisting clients with their day to day tasks.
