I am a carer with approximately 15 years experience in social care l have worked with clients of different age groups from infants to the elderly in different settings from hospitals, residential care homes, nursing homes, domestic care, worked with patients with dementia, Parkinsons, Alzhimers, Multiple Sclerosis, end of life care, and challenging behaviours, mental health problems,honest trustworthy, reliable and ensure my clients are given the highest quality of care following the clients care plan am flexible a good listener empathetic, and very patient have good working relationships with the clients families as well as my work colleagues. My skills include computer knowledge , l have fluent communication skills both written and spoken, experienced and we'll trained in working with different mobility equipment both manual and electric, including hoists, am trained in stoma care, peg feeding, nubuliser, and several mandatory training
