I am extremely caring, empathic and compassionate. These qualities are backed by 32 years of caring experience with a diverse client base, within a broad range of settings and with relevant qualifications and training. For me, the role of ‘carer’ is a true vocation.

I have worked as a live-in carer for a tetraplegic gentleman, in a residential care home and as a healthcare assistant in the NHS. I have worked in a private cancer clinic for the past nine years. I have experience of care with the elderly and with conditions such as: Dementia, Alzheimer’s, stroke and Huntington’s chorea.

I am passionate about providing the best possible care, ensuring clients are supported physically and emotionally. I am attentive and responsive to the needs and concerns of the individual. I am flexible and adaptable as needs change.

I am trustworthy and competent and accustomed to working independently.

I am confident that I am able to positively enhance the lives of those in my care.
