i have worked in both public and private medical institutions in Kenya, in the outpatient departments mainly in assessment patients illnesses,,diagnosing illness,prescribing medicines,referrals to laboratories,x-rays,managing patients with chronic illnesses ,offering psycho-social support,counseling patients on drug adherence,managing medical insurance schemes ,managing workplace wellness programs,carrying out vaccination programmes,ensuring safe workplaces ,safeguarding confidential records/information for patients,maintaining proper patient records.
1 am a hardworking person,self motivated,proactive,easy to relate with professionally,good at creating rapport with patients,very patient,attentive, with person centered skills.
I believe in delivering results and ensure that patients/clients are attended to in a friendly homely and caring environment .
