I enjoy working with people to promote their health. My passion for health began in 1988-1990, when I was reading the Russian magazine "Health" (Zdorovie) and other health literature.
Guided by the principle of the father of medicine, Hippocrates, "Food be your medicine and medicine be your food", I followed a comprehensive series of studies in food science, sanogenesis, nutrition, complementary therapies and massage.
I began my professional activity in 1997 by promoting Population Health Improvement Programme developed by the Association for Health Education and Family (ASEF).
From 2004 to 2016 I worked at National Research Institute for Food Bioresources. From September 2015 I work as Complementary Therapies Therapist at Holistic Health Center Dr. Sutherland, where we apply most effective and scientifically proven natural therapies for the prevention, treatment, detoxification, energizing, strengthening the immune system and rejuvenation.
