I am a hard working and trustworthy individual. I have experience of working as a support worker working with people with learning disabilities and autism. I am also a father of 3 children who are now grown up. Over all I think my nature is emphatic and I have come to enjoy the rewards of supporting people to live the life that they wish to. I also worked as a Clinical Practitioner for almost a year and in this role I worked mainly in helping people with learning disabilities to find ways of developing their lives and overcoming some of the situations they faced. I think there is real value of an individual having the consistency of someone helping them regularly and living in. this allows trust and a relationship to build. I think that individuals maintaining their dignity and independence is imperative and as a job I think assisting someone is of high value.
