Hi my name is Nicole and I work in a residential home for adults with learning disabilities as well as other medical issues such as cerebral palsy and epilepsy. My duties include personal care, making meals, activities, medication and light cleaning duties. Although I have never lived in doing my job our shift patterns are are usually ten to twelve hours and we do sleep overs. I have been in my job for two years and I have been on a lot of training courses and have my NVQ level two.
