I am a 44-year-old British woman of Nigerian extraction. I have two children and I have been a paid and unpaid carer since 2005. I genuinely care about making people happy and love to feed people. I have had to care for close family members and this has affected the way I see the job of caring for others. I am quite bubbly naturally but can also sit in companionable silence if that is what is needed. I am quite capable at housekeeping and can take charge of cleaning, cooking shopping, outings etc. I am quite and enthusiastic cook and love to try new things. If I never ate a frozen or pre-packaged meal I would not miss it. I love to travel, go for walks in nature, listen to Classical and other kinds of music and read poetry.
