I am Health Care Assistant Band 2 with varied and lengthy experience working most recently in various wards in various hospitals in the South West ( very much doing, and skillful in, the full range of bedside hospital work ), plus, in past few months working in specialist residential mental health units with long-term patients, both young and elderly, and occasionally under strict security. Previously also have worked in community personal home-visit care in Bristol for Thornbury Nursing and in various residential Care Homes for frail elderly, mainly for Somerset Care Ltd.
Also have done 'at home' personal care for ex-hospital patients when I first started in care work in 2004. I have a training certificate in care work and also a Diploma in Community Services work.
