I am an enthusiastic consistent and caring care worker. I am hard working, reliable with excellent sense of humour and also enjoy taking on a variety of new challenges. I work as part of a team to ensure all aspect of the clients care and support service is maintained at a consistent high standard and is carried out effectively and sensitively. I have an understanding of the issues faced with clients with disabilities and equally understand the importance of being committed to equal opportunity policy. For the past 6 years I have worked in different working environment for example learning disabilities, residential services, spinal injury , supported or domiciliary care home with different client group i.e. challenging behaviour, autism, acute mental illness, etc.
My present position now is a live in support worker. I have a lot of experience in all clinical equipment like checking patient blood pressure; pulse and recording. I have acquired training in administrating medication
