I am passionate about any work I undertake and always work to a high standard with a professional and compassionate approach. I enjoy being with people and giving help and support in whatever capacity it is needed. I am a mother to three grown children now and I have seen and experienced many things during my career as a professional dancer a science and health and social care teacher and now as a holistic therapist. My outlook on life is to help and give. I am a warm positive friendly person who always looks for solutions rather than problems. I worked full time as a teacher while raising 3 children from young who were 18 months apart ...I also had an athletic ‘s business so I am extremely efficient and highly motivated.
